We have a standard recruitment process for all our employees. The basic steps that are taken before you become a Grand Performer include:

• Resume or application form submission
• Telephone or face to face screening interview
• Face to face interview with line and/or senior manager
• Personality profile assessment
• Reference checks
• Criminal background and drug tests
