Our retreat went very well!! The accommodations were lovely and everyone thought the food was wonderful. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and your flexibility. I appreciate it so much!

It was a pleasure working with you on our recent conference at the Beaver Creek Lodge. Our program ran very smoothly due in large part to the exceptional service we received from the hotel. Each day the rooms were set accurately, the meals and breaks were delicious and on time, and every request was met with a smile and a quick response. Additionally, we had several experiences where the staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, including a last-minute request to move a breakout session, quickly providing A/V equipment to us when our own equipment failed to work, and a bellman who located a compatible cell phone charger for a participant who had forgotten to bring their own. I would highly recommend Beaver Creek Lodge and would not hesitate to book another meeting at the property. It is rare to find consistent exceptional service to a group's needs.

Our stay was truly remarkable. We visit Vail/Beaver Creek often and will definitely return to the Lodge. Our appreciation to you and your staff for the quality of service provided.

The results of your remodel is certainly an exciting change. The rooms are brilliantly appointed with items we didn’t even know we needed, but noticed and appreciated Kessler’s attention to detail. It’s nice to have a room with plenty of counter space, lighting we can adjust as needed and high-end amenities. Finally the real reason for writing is we saw a gentleman in the evening inspecting the property and pointing out items to his protégée. We are such “cleanliness snobs” it’s exciting to observe a hotelier taking care of the details.

Just wanted to say Thank You to all of you for planning and executing a great event. Thanks for making it an enjoyable experience from start to finish. I never felt a hint of stress or pressure from anybody, which helped make it a lot more comfortable. It never felt like work. It was just a lot of fun. I was honored to be a part of it.
